Nutzungsbedingungen

1. Geltungsbereich

Diese Bedingungen regeln die Nutzung der Plattform coachingbase.app (im Folgenden „Dienst"), bereitgestellt von Prem Neo, 8212 Pischelsdorf. Mit der Registrierung bestätigst du, diese Bedingungen gelesen und akzeptiert zu haben.

2. Beta-Status

Der Dienst befindet sich in einer öffentlichen Beta-Phase. Funktionen können sich jederzeit ändern, eingeschränkt oder eingestellt werden. Wir empfehlen ausdrücklich, die Plattform nicht für sicherheits- oder unternehmenskritische Workflows einzusetzen, solange die Beta läuft.

3. Account und Zugang

  • Du musst mindestens 15 Jahre alt sein.
  • Pro Person ist ein Account zulässig.
  • Du bist für die Sicherheit deiner Zugangsdaten selbst verantwortlich.
  • Wir können Accounts bei missbräuchlicher Nutzung sperren oder löschen.

4. Eigene Inhalte

Du behältst alle Rechte an Inhalten, die du selbst hochlädst oder erstellst (Übungen, Skizzen, Notizen). Du räumst uns nur das nicht-exklusive Recht ein, diese Inhalte technisch zu speichern und dir zur Verfügung zu stellen. Wenn du Inhalte explizit als „öffentlich" oder „für die Community" markierst, dürfen andere Nutzer sie ansehen, kopieren und anpassen — die Urheber-Attribution bleibt erhalten.

5. Verbotene Nutzung

Du verpflichtest dich, den Dienst nicht zu nutzen, um:

  • rechtswidrige, beleidigende oder urheberrechtsverletzende Inhalte zu verbreiten,
  • die Plattform-Sicherheit zu kompromittieren oder Quotas zu umgehen,
  • automatisierte Scraping- oder Bot-Anfragen abzusetzen,
  • fremde Inhalte als deine eigenen auszugeben.

6. Verfügbarkeit / Datenverlust

Während der Beta-Phase besteht keine Verfügbarkeitsgarantie. Wir bemühen uns um regelmäßige Backups, übernehmen aber keine Haftung für Datenverlust. Sichere wichtige Inhalte zusätzlich lokal (z.B. PDF-Export).

7. Preise

Die Beta-Nutzung ist kostenlos. Nach Beta-Ende wird eine kostenpflichtige Variante eingeführt; Beta-Nutzer werden mindestens 14 Tage vor einer Umstellung informiert.

8. Kündigung

Du kannst deinen Account jederzeit per E-Mail an [email protected] löschen lassen. Wir können den Dienst oder einzelne Accounts mit angemessener Frist beenden.

9. Haftung

Wir haften nur für Vorsatz und grobe Fahrlässigkeit. Bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit haften wir nur für Verletzung wesentlicher Vertragspflichten und nur in Höhe des typischen Schadens. Eine weitergehende Haftung ist ausgeschlossen, soweit gesetzlich zulässig.

10. Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen anpassen. Wesentliche Änderungen werden dir per E-Mail oder im Login angekündigt; mit der weiteren Nutzung gilt deine Zustimmung als erteilt.

11. Gerichtsstand und anwendbares Recht

Es gilt österreichisches Recht (bzw. das Recht am Sitz des Anbieters) unter Ausschluss des UN-Kaufrechts. Gerichtsstand für Streitigkeiten ist Weiz, soweit gesetzlich zulässig. Verbraucher können auch an ihrem Wohnsitz klagen.

1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the coachingbase.app platform (the "Service"), provided by Prem Neo, 8212 Pischelsdorf, Austria. By registering you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Beta status

The Service is in a public beta phase. Features may change, be restricted or discontinued at any time. We explicitly recommend not using the platform for safety-critical or business-critical workflows while the beta is running.

3. Account and access

  • You must be at least 15 years old.
  • One account per person is permitted.
  • You are responsible for the security of your credentials.
  • We may suspend or delete accounts in case of abusive use.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to content you upload or create yourself (drills, sketches, notes). You grant us only the non-exclusive right to technically store this content and make it available to you. If you explicitly mark content as "public" or "for the community", other users may view, copy and adapt it — author attribution is preserved.

5. Prohibited use

You commit to not using the Service to:

  • distribute illegal, offensive or copyright-infringing content,
  • compromise platform security or circumvent quotas,
  • issue automated scraping or bot requests,
  • pass off third-party content as your own.

6. Availability / data loss

During the beta phase there is no availability guarantee. We strive for regular backups but assume no liability for data loss. Back up important content additionally on your local device (e.g. via PDF export).

7. Pricing

Beta use is free. After the beta ends, a paid variant will be introduced; beta users will be notified at least 14 days before any change.

8. Termination

You can request deletion of your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may terminate the Service or individual accounts with reasonable notice.

9. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. In case of slight negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual obligations and only up to the typical damage amount. Further liability is excluded to the extent legally permitted.

10. Changes

We may adjust these terms. Material changes will be announced via email or upon login; continued use constitutes your acceptance.

11. Jurisdiction and applicable law

Austrian law applies (or the law at the provider's seat), excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction for disputes is Weiz, to the extent legally permissible. Consumers may also sue at their place of residence.
